Frequently Asked Questions.
We have included a flexible arrangement in our quotation that gives you some breathing space. Up to two weeks before the start of the event, the number of participants may be reduced by a maximum of 10% compared to the originally quoted number. For a maximum of 10 We will therefore transfer the money back to the % of participants who come less, provided this is reported on time. It is important to emphasize that a significant part of our preparation revolves around carefully planning staff, ordering F&B and putting together a tailor-made program, tailored to the size and wishes of your group. This arrangement offers you the flexibility you need, while we work to ensure that your event is perfectly tailor-made.
